Shipping Policy for Ric.H Appear


By using RIC.H APPEAR and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Shipping policy and conditions set out herein (Shipping policy”). Please make sure that you have read and understood Shipping Policy before placing your order. 

Domestic Shipping:

  • Order processing time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase.

  • Shipping options and costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Rates calculated based on order weight and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days via USPS Express Mail. Rates calculated based on order weight and destination. Additional charges apply.

  • Special Shipping: All orders over $22.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

  • Delivery estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on your chosen shipping method and distance from our shipping facility. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances.



International Shipping:

Currently, we do not ship internationally!

General Information:

  • Order tracking: All orders will be shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment. Please make sure to include your email for business communication. 

  • Insurance: All domestic orders shipped in the US up to $100.00 are automatically insured against loss or damage during shipping. In case of any loss you will be reimbursed up to the value order of the package . We will not be liable if it's on the part of the buyer who irresponsibly damaged the package and mishandled or intentionally misused.   • Returns and exchanges: Please refer to our separate Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on returning or exchanging your order.

  • Disclaimer of liability: While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and hold no liability for delays beyond our control.

  • Requirement: In order to file any claim, you must keep receipt of all the orders placed and any other documents required to file a claim.

Shipping Delays:

While rare, occasional delays can occur during the shipping process due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier limitations. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays by email and update the tracking information on your order as soon as possible. If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will investigate the issue further.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours to allow for potential updates to the tracking information. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.

RETURNS

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your clothes from RIC.H APPEAR! 

However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

By using RIC.H APPEAR and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Shipping policy and conditions set out herein (Return and cancellation policy”). Please make sure that you have read and understood Return and CancellationPolicy before placing your order.

Returns:

  • You can return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 15 days of order received for a full refund.

  • For purchases made online, you can initiate a return request through your online account or by contacting us at richappearusa@gmail.com.

  • For online purchases, the return period starts from the date of item received.

  • Please include the receipt with your return.

  • RIC.H APPEAR is not financially liable for items purchased from RIC.H APPEAR that are not returned to our correct return address.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

  • For online purchases, the return period starts from the date of item received.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed and sometimes refund time depends on your bank. 


Exchanges:

  • You can exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags, receipt within 15 days of items received and purchase for a different size, color, or style.

  • Exchanges can be made online .

  • If exchange is to be made after the order received by the customer, we will ship the new exchange product after we receive the original product customer want to exchange. 

  • If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.

  • If the new item is of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference.

  • Additional Shipping cost may apply.


Non-returnable items:
Items which cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance or marked as final sale.

  • Items that have been opened or used.

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Items damaged due to wear and tear or improper care by customers.


Additional Information:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.



Canceling or Changing an Order:

Once the order is placed you have until midnight of 3rd business day after orders placed to make any changes or cancel the order placed. Please reach out at richappearusa@gmail.com. By contacting us you agree to receive communication regarding the same order through email.
